Terms of service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms
These terms govern your use of TranYatra. By using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
The service
TranYatra is software for running a road-transport business — trips, vehicles, drivers, expenses, invoicing, and accounting with Indian GST and TDS compliance features. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops; we will not materially degrade what you are paying for without telling you.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for what your users do in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must give accurate registration information and keep it current.
Your data is yours
You own the data you put into TranYatra. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data — including your accounting records — at any time while your account is active. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train anything.
Fees
Subscription fees, the plan you are on and the billing period are what you agreed when you signed up. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. We will give you reasonable notice before changing prices for your existing subscription.
Compliance features — important
TranYatra's GST, TDS, depreciation and presumptive-taxation features are software tools to help you and your accountant. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and we are not your chartered accountant. You remain responsible for what you file and for reviewing figures before you rely on them. Tax law changes; while we work to keep the rules current, you should verify anything material with your CA.
Acceptable use
Do not use TranYatra to break the law, to store data you have no right to, to attack or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without our agreement.
Availability
We work to keep TranYatra available and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and will try to do so outside working hours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or end your account for non-payment or a serious breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before we delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
