What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to run the service:
- When you enquire: your name, company, email address, phone number, fleet size and anything you type into the message box.
- When you use TranYatra: the operational data you enter — vehicles, trips, drivers, expenses, invoices and accounting records — plus basic account and login information.
- Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed to keep the site secure and working.
We do not buy, scrape or rent contact lists, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you a demo or trial.
- To provide, support and improve the TranYatra service you signed up for.
- To send you service and account messages (these are not marketing).
- To send you product updates on WhatsApp or email only if you have explicitly opted in.
- To meet our own legal, tax and accounting obligations.
WhatsApp and phone contact
We contact you on WhatsApp only where you have given us your number and separately ticked the box asking us to. That consent is specific to TranYatra and you can withdraw it at any time — reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us at it@future4fintech.com. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent, and costs you nothing.
If you asked us to call you, we will call you. We do not run bulk SMS or automated voice campaigns.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run TranYatra — for example cloud hosting, email delivery and, where you have opted in, WhatsApp (Meta) — and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Where we keep it and for how long
Your data is hosted on servers in India. We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; if you become a customer we keep your account and accounting records for as long as your account is open and thereafter for the period Indian tax and company law requires. When neither applies, we delete it.
How we protect it
Access is restricted and authenticated, data is isolated per customer, traffic is encrypted in transit, and every change to your accounting records is written to an immutable audit trail. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as required.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it;
- correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date;
- erase data we no longer need;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave; and
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
Email it@future4fintech.com and we will action it. There is no charge.
Grievances
If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, contact our grievance officer, at it@future4fintech.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
